WMBB Interview
I got a phone call this morning from Elizabeth over at WMBB wanting to interview me for a story on this evenings news. The story is about health care reform and what it will mean for insurance agents and for families if it gets passed. It will be airing at 6pm this evening on WMBB Tv. If this health care bill gets passed then we are in for a real big surprise in this country. I believe we need to have a change in the health care system but, a complete overhaul of the system would cost more to the American public than it is worth. Lets start by changing the plans so that everyone can get coverage. We could do that without having the government to make us do that. When the government gets its hands in your pocket and in your family look for the recipe for disaster.
We have elections coming up in 2010 that we need to vote all of the lifetime politicians out of office and have new people constantly coming in so that they don’t get a chance to become corrupt. Any time that you have someone that doesn’t have to worry about his job then he becomes complacent and will end up doing barely enough to get by. It is when the fear of losing his job that he will start doing more than what he is required to do.
